AI revenue desk for service businesses
Every enquiry answered.Every job scoped.Every follow-up handled.
Trelyvo replies the moment a customer reaches out, works out what the job actually is, collects the details and photos you need, and hands your team an opportunity that is ready to quote — under your rules, with your people in control.

Website capture is what ships today. Everything else is labeled by status here and inside the product — we do not show unbuilt channels as working.
Why deals leak
Speed and detail decide who gets the job.
Most service businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a response problem, a qualification problem and a follow-up problem.
The first credible reply sets the agenda
Customers contact three or four companies. Whoever answers first — with the right questions — is the one they keep talking to.
Inquiries arrive without what you need
"How much to repaint my house?" cannot be quoted. Surfaces, square footage, condition, access and timing are all missing.
Chasing information eats the day
The same six questions, asked again for every lead, split across email, phone and text — usually after hours.
Estimates go out and go quiet
Follow-up is the first thing to slip when the crew is on site. Jobs are lost to silence, not to price.
Good leads look like bad ones
Without qualification, a £40,000 remodel sits in the same inbox as a £200 touch-up, and both wait the same amount of time.
How it works
From first message to booked job.
Ten stages run on every inquiry. You decide where a human steps in — the rest is handled the same way every time.
A lead arrives
From your website, in the customer's own words, at any hour of the day.
Trelyvo responds immediately
A reply goes out in seconds, not the next morning. The conversation starts while intent is at its peak.
Trelyvo understands the job
It reads the message, identifies the service and matches it against the work your company actually takes on.
Missing information is collected
It asks only for what is still missing — surfaces, size, condition, access, timing — instead of a generic form.
Photos and documents are organised
Images are attached to the opportunity itself, not buried in a text thread or a personal inbox.
Your business rules are applied
Service area, minimum job value, accepted work types and priority handling — defined by you, applied every time.
An estimate draft is prepared
Scope becomes a structured draft using your own pricing rules. Nothing about the price is invented.
A human reviews when it matters
Approve, edit or request a site visit. Nothing binding leaves your business without a person behind it.
Follow-up happens on schedule
Check-ins run automatically until the customer replies or the opportunity is closed.
The opportunity moves to booked
Won or lost, the outcome is recorded against the original inquiry so you can see where revenue actually comes from.
Qualification
Not a chat log. A judgment you can act on.
Every conversation produces the same set of signals, so two leads can actually be compared — and the big one gets your attention first.

Scope collection
The details are collected while the customer is still typing.
No forms to abandon. The assistant asks in plain language, adapts to the answers, and stops as soon as the scope is complete.

Business rules
Your business rules, applied on every single lead.
This is the difference between a generic chatbot and a revenue desk. Trelyvo works within limits you set, and treats the hundredth inquiry exactly like the first.
Rules are configured per business. In the shipped product they come from your tenant configuration — the panel above is an illustration of the model.

Human approval
AI handles the repetitive work. Your team stays in control.
Established businesses do not want an autonomous system quoting on their behalf. Trelyvo prepares; a person decides.
- Nothing binding leaves your business without a person behind it
- Approval thresholds can differ by job value or job type
- Every edit is recorded against the opportunity
Follow-up
The follow-up that normally never happens.
Most lost jobs were never rejected — they were simply never chased. Trelyvo keeps the thread alive until there is an answer.

Who it is for
Built for service work where one job is worth the effort.
Trelyvo fits businesses where an inquiry is worth hundreds or thousands, the scope has to be understood before a price exists, and a slow reply loses the job.
- Painting contractors
- Remodelling companies
- Roofing companies
- HVAC companies
- Plumbing companies
- Electrical contractors
- Bathroom renovation
- Landscaping
- Windows and doors
- Solar installers
- Cleaning companies
- Restoration and repair
Questions, rules and drafts are configured per trade, so the same platform covers all of them without becoming generic.
Multilingual
Your customer's language. Your team's language.
The conversation and the workspace do not have to be in the same language. A customer writes in theirs; your team works in yours.

To be added: booking link or sales emailControl and data
Serious software has to be honest about what it does.
We do not claim certifications we have not earned. Here is what is true today and what is deliberately on the roadmap.
In place today
- Human approval before anything binding is sent
- Business-specific rules instead of open-ended AI behavior
- No invented pricing — drafts follow your configured rates
- Clear separation between demo data and real data in the product
Designed for, not yet delivered
- Tenant isolation architecture
- Configurable data retention per business
- GDPR-aware processing agreements and subprocessor list
- Customer-controlled data export and deletion
We hold no security certifications at this stage and do not present ourselves as certified. When that changes, it will be stated here with the issuing body and date.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Does this replace our website?
No. Trelyvo sits on top of the site you already have. It is added as a small embedded assistant and changes nothing about your existing pages.
Do we have to rebuild anything?
No. Installation is a snippet on your site. Your questions, rules and drafts are configured on our side during onboarding.
Will the AI give a customer a binding price?
Not unless you explicitly configure that workflow. By default Trelyvo collects information and prepares a draft that a person on your team reviews and approves before anything is sent.
How does pricing work if the AI does not decide it?
Pricing is deterministic. It comes from rules you define — area times your rate, per-unit items, travel fees, minimums. The AI's job is to map the conversation onto the right fields, not to guess a number.
What happens to customer data?
Data is processed to handle the inquiry and is available to the business it was sent to. We are building on a tenant-isolated, GDPR-aware design and we publish what is implemented versus planned rather than claiming certifications we do not hold.
Which industries does it work for?
Any service business where the scope has to be understood before a price exists — painting, remodelling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, solar and similar trades.
Which languages are supported?
The website and product interface ship in English and Finnish. German, Swedish, French, Spanish and Dutch are planned, and the architecture is built for them from the start.
See what your inquiry flow looks like without the back-and-forth.
Two minutes in the demo shows more than any deck. You will see exactly what your customer experiences and exactly what your team receives.
