For service businesses
Trelyvo learns your business from your website. It answers customer questions, asks for the details you need, and sends you a finished enquiry.
One line of code on the website you already have. Nothing to rebuild.

Example data — not a real customer
It starts with your website
Enter your web address. Trelyvo reads your own pages and shows you what it found: your services, the area you cover, and the answers customers ask for. Each item shows the page and the sentence it came from, so you can see why it thinks that.
Example data — not a real customer
Exterior painting
Repainting the outside of houses, including trim and fascias.
Found on “We repaint the outside of houses, trim and fascias included.” /services
Where you work
Manchester and the towns to the north.
Found on “We cover Manchester and the towns just north of it.” /areas
Trelyvo only answers with information your business has approved. If your website does not say it, Trelyvo asks you instead of guessing.
Why enquiries go cold
The problem is not finding customers. It is answering them quickly, and telling which requests are really worth your time.
Most people ask three or four companies. They usually stay with the one that answers first and asks the right questions.
"How much to paint my house?" is not enough to price. The size, the surfaces, the condition and the timing are all missing.
The same few questions, asked again for every customer, usually in the evening.
Without sorting, a £30,000 job and a £200 touch-up sit in the same inbox and wait the same amount of time.
How it works
Six steps. The first four happen once. The last two happen with every customer.
It reads your pages and suggests what you do.
Correct anything, and remove what you do not offer.
What you need to know, and where your requests should go.
The same line works on every page.
Trelyvo answers from your own material and asks for what is missing.
By email, and in Trelyvo, with everything the customer said.
Collecting the details
Trelyvo asks every customer for the same information, in the words your business uses. That makes two enquiries easy to compare.
Example data — not a real customer
Collected in the conversation
Still missing
If a customer says "actually, make it Tuesday", you get one answer, not two. Your team sees the corrected version, and the full conversation is still there if you want to read it.
What Trelyvo will not do
An assistant that gives wrong information does more harm than good. Trelyvo answers only from information your business has approved.
A figure comes from the price rules you approved, or the customer is told that you will look at the job yourself.
It does not commit you to anything.
If your website does not say it, Trelyvo says it does not know, and asks you afterwards.
The customer is told a time is booked after it is saved in your diary, not before.
The wording changes after the email has been accepted for delivery.
Installation
The same line for every business. There is nothing secret in it and nothing to set up in it, and it works on every page you put it on.

What you receive
As soon as the customer is finished, the enquiry is emailed to the address you choose. The same enquiry is waiting for you in Trelyvo.
The email
Who the customer is, how to reach them, and what they need. Written for someone about to pick up the phone.

One way in
Trelyvo sits between the way a customer contacts you and the requests your team works on. Only the website works today, and we do not show the others as if they were ready.

What your team receives
The website is what works today. Everything else is marked with its status here and inside the product.
Who it is for
Trelyvo is made for businesses that need to understand the job before they can give a price, and that lose work when they answer late.
The questions and the rules are set up for each business, so the same product fits all of them without becoming vague.
Languages
The customer writes in their language. You read the request in yours. The answers are saved once, in a form your team can compare, whatever language they came in.
A customer writes in Polish
Dzień dobry, chciałbym pomalować dom z zewnątrz przed latem.
Trelyvo replies in Polish
Oczywiście. Czy wie Pan mniej więcej, ile metrów kwadratowych ma elewacja?
Your enquiry shows
Exterior painting · Detached house · Timing: before summer
Trelyvo itself is available in every language in the list above.

We would rather show an honest list than a wall of logos for things that do not exist.

We do not claim certificates we do not have. This is what is true right now.
We hold no security certificates at this stage and do not present ourselves as certified. When that changes it will say so here, with the issuing body and the date.
FAQ
No. Trelyvo goes on the website you already have, as one line of code. Nothing about your existing pages changes.
Most of it is reading and confirming what Trelyvo found on your website. The part that takes thought is deciding what you need to know before you can give a price.
Only when you have set the rules for it. Trelyvo never invents a price. If you have approved price rules and the job fits them, Trelyvo works out the price and prepares the quote. If there are no rules, or the job needs to be looked at first, it does not guess: it collects the details and leaves the price to you.
You do. Trelyvo prepares the quote from your own rules and it waits for you. Nothing goes to a customer before you have seen the figure and approved it.
Yes, if you tell Trelyvo your working hours and how long a job takes. It only offers times that are free, and it tells the customer the time is booked only after it is really in your diary.
Yes. Trelyvo can remind a customer who stopped replying, remind you about a quote that is still waiting, and send a reminder before an appointment. You decide which reminders are switched on.
It says so. Trelyvo answers from your own website and your own settings, and it is built to say it does not know rather than guess. The question is saved for you, so you can answer it once and it knows from then on.
To an email address you choose, and to your enquiry list in Trelyvo. You can change the address whenever you like.
Conversations and enquiries are stored so that you can read them, kept separate for each business. Our privacy notice describes this in full.
Trelyvo itself is available in the languages in the switcher. Customers can write in their own language, and the answers are saved in a form your team can compare.
Enter your web address and watch Trelyvo describe your business back to you. It takes about a minute.
